After listening to my good friend Ryan Brenizer speak at WPPI, I was inspired and encouraged to totally change up my thinking process when it comes to photography and why I do what I do. I ran into my friend Malory and she humored me with an impromptu photo shoot. These were shot in an office setting and experimented with the lack of light.
The first thing I did was I wanted to control the light so I turned the house lights off. It’s now pitch dark and the only light source were the only ones that I wanted, which is the video lights that I was using. A few other techniques that I used here to really control the image was also freelensing.
